Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement within 7 days from the day of receipt. The products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition. The maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond the above mentioned calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, the product to be replaced must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.). Before any return, it is mandatory to consult with our online store. Return shipping costs due to the customer's fault or demand are borne entirely by the customer.
In the event that you want to return your order because we sent you the wrong item, we send you the correct item and cover all shipping costs, old and new.
