Payment methods

a. Payment by debit or credit card:

You can pay for your order with either a credit or debit card. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems which guarantee a safe trading environment.

b. Payment by cash on delivery:

You can pay for your order, upon delivery to your location, by paying the total amount of your order to the distributor who will deliver the products to you.
The service has an additional charge which is detailed when completing your order as well as in the informative e-mail you receive immediately after your order.

According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than €500 (before VAT) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should ONLY be paid with the following ways:

Deposit/transfer to a bank account

Charge to credit or debit card

c) Receiving and paying for your order at our store:
As long as the option "Pick up from the store" is available, you can visit our store to pay and receive your order. Your order will remain in the store for a short time reserved.

d) Deposit to a bank account:

You receive their bank accounts in the e-mail received as soon as you complete your order.

(In this case, please fill in the order number and your full name during the deposit.)
Upon receiving an update in our payment system about the payment, we confirm your order and the process of sending it begins. Please keep your proof of transaction.
